WARNING!!!
This web is purposely abrupt in content. We chose to say how things are rather than to sweep up our experience under the carpet. The views on this web are of those who have dealt with all aspects and layers of multiple organisations from all angles of CDM.
We opted to be brutally truthful as we would like to work only with those individuals, companies and organisations who are deadly serious about utilities and making the change. We do not want to assist anybody who would just like to prove to a judge in court that they have attempted to make improvements within their organisation. Sadly, the volume of such cases is greater than 95% in the entire construction industry. Consequently, this is the reason why we strike over 100k services each year. Not much has changed in the last 30 years…
Let us just be clear about one other thing: we must underline that we do not know everything. This web is only a small step in where we envisage the constructions could be in 10 years from now. There is almost certainly a lot more to be mended. This web site in nothing more than a proposal in how we can revolutionise the permit to dig procedures and all steps leading to that breakthrough.
Have fun reading. Please do not be deterred by the tone of this web. Please read the content in full. We are confident it will give you a lot of ideas on what may be wrong with your PTD and how to improve it. Do use the free templates and other downloads. We hope this will bring long awaited change in the industry. Every service strike prevented, thanks to this web site, will be a major success. Unfortunately, we will never know how many service strikes we have prevented but if we see annual numbers fall this will be enough to hope that the change is on the way.
